Poppets Cottage rates are all inclusive of:
* Lighting, electricity, central heating (gas)
* All bed linen and towels
* All kitchen essentials such as washing up liquid, washing powder, toilet rolls, tea, coffee and sugar
* Welcome basket of logs (winter)
* Welcome BBQ coals (summer)

Bookings should be made initially by email or telephone and your dates will then be placed on hold for 5 working days only, please send a deposit for 25% of the hire fee or the full amount (if the booking is less than eight weeks away) and a completed booking terms and conditions form. Once we have received your payment and the booking terms and conditions form we will confirm your booking. The balance is due eight weeks before the beginning of the booking. Where a booking is not confirmed within five days it may be made available to someone else.
Usual changeover day is Friday
